To him, "family members" who do not perform their roles as he expects them to (namely to protect Rui unconditionally or follow his instructions) are worthless and as good as dead.ĭespite the fact he yearns for a "family", his vision of one is incredibly twisted and founded on nothing but fear of him, instilled through repeated abuse on his fellow kin, which he does with unrepentant sadism.
Rui was a disturbed individual who desired the close bonds that a family has and expected family members to perform their own roles. Every time he spoke with Tanjiro during their duel he remained somewhat civil in speech, never once insulting him or calling him a name. I have had numerous phone calls and face-to-face meetings with prospective franchisees, and we have the best support and some of the best training available but it has to be used. After learning the way to properly run an HVAC business, you have to get the right team in place to support the mission and vision. Becoming a franchise was a big decision for our company. We read every word of the franchise disclosure document because we wanted to be as educated as possible. We also did online research on the brand and the management team. We visited another One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning franchisee and asked questions and learned from them. Where did you get most of your advice/do most of your research? We invested around $122,000 in the initial purchase of the franchise and another $25,000 in rebranding to the brand. Why did you choose this particular franchise?Īfter visiting a nearby franchisee, and then the home office to meet with senior management, we knew it was the fit we were looking for and the direction we needed to go, in order to bring us to the next level.
